Introduction:

Tshipi-Noto financial services is an Authorised Financial Service Provide FSP number 46767. Underwritten by Vodacom Life Assurance a licensed life insurer.

Tshipi Noto is currently in search of a Branch Manager to run operations for KwaMhlanga, Durban.

Job Purpose:

Lead the attainment of company strategic objectives at branch level by delivering financial results, superior customer experience and engaged staff to achieve sustainable business growth.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Business Management or any similar qualification
  • Valid Driver’s Licence with PDP
Experience Required:

At least three years’ experience dealing with the following:

  • Staff management, implement corporate culture and maintain a high level of employee morale to minimize turnover and maximize customer service satisfaction.

  • Develops a quality service to obtain the company’s growth objectives.

  • Responsible for ensuring deposit growth to obtain the company’s deposit growth objectives by promoting the company’s products and services. Monitors and make decisions on accounts.

  • Communicates and implements new ideas and marketing strategies within branch market area to improve sales, marketing, and staff development.

  • Develops individual and commercial business through expansion, retention, and development strategies.

  • Previous IR (Industrial Relations) experience and good knowledge of IR Procedures.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Computer literate (MS Office).

  • Ensures branch compliance with audit and regulatory procedures.

  • Experience as a manager in a service-related industry.

  • Experience as a manager in funeral insurance/burial industry or related.
