Step 1 - Visit link
- Click on the bespoke link that you received via SMS to login.
- Alternatively, you can go onto the website (rewards.bespokeholdings.co.za/landingpage) and login.
Step 2 - Login
- To login, enter your ID number and password.
- First time users will first have to register. Click here for registration instructions.
Step 3 - Select Items
- Select all to view discounted items.
- All selected items will be added to basket.
- After selection you can close select and view basket.
Step 4 - Checkout
- All items will be shown in your basket.
- You will also have the ability to remove items.
- When you are happy with the item click “Submit”.
Step 5 - Discount Vouchers Enroute
- An sms will be sent to you after a few minutes with all your discount vouchers.
- On the sms all items will be listed by category as per the different discount values of R3, R5, R10 and R20.
- Please be mindful of the voucher expiry date.

Step 2 - Enter ID Number
- Enter your 13-digit South African number.
Step 3 - Choose Category
- Choose category you would like to redeem.
- Choose any grocery items of your choice.
Step 4 - Items successfully loaded
- After selecting your items, you will receive a message confirming that the items have been successfully added to your basket.
- Please select option 99 if you are satisfied with your items.
- You will receive an SMS shortly after your basket has been issued.
Step 5 - Recieve SMS
- An sms will be sent to you after a few minutes with all your discount vouchers.
- On the sms all items will be listed by category as per the different discount values of R3, R5, R10 and R20.

Active members with up-to-date premium payments automatically qualify. Follow the guide below to start redeeming your rewards.
- Click on the bespoke link that you received via SMS to login. Alternatively, you can go onto the website, click on ‘Login’, input your ID number and select ‘Forgot password’.
- Select ‘SMS’ as your preferred reset option.
- On the ‘Password Recovery’ page, select ‘Recover’ to receive your One Time Pin (OTP).
- Once you have received your OTP via SMS, enter the OTP, select ‘Submit’ and create a new password.
- Login using your ID number and the password that you created. Happy shopping.

- Vouchers run on a month-to-month basis.
- Only ACTIVE members for the month will be able to redeem the discount vouchers as benefits are driven your monthly premium payments. Customers need to ensure their premiums are always up to date each month.
- Any vouchers that are not used in the month of redemption are forfeited and not carried over to the following month.
