Tshipi Noto is currently in search of a Funeral Home Administrator for the Springs Parlour branch.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for funeral home administrative tasks for all branches, such as designing funeral programmes, ordering grave markers and flowers, maintaining records, and dealing with complaints.
Qualifications:
- Matric.
- Computer literacy.
- Knowledge of office policies and procedures.
Experience Required:
- At least two years’ experience dealing with the following:
- Confirm and submit funeral claims to Claims Department.
- Process tent and mobile toilets orders.
- Liaise and confirm bookings with Noto Catering.
- Liaise with funeral arranger for accurate deceased details to ensure accurate data on the funeral programme.
- Design & draft funeral programme for all branches.
- Order flowers from external service providers.
- Submit Bellamore Beauty SPA spreadsheet for all branches.
- Order grave markers for all branches.
- Order photos of the deceased for all branches.
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with Branch Manager for approval of invoices and submit to finance for processing.
